3. Data Accuracy & Availability
Market data displayed on the Terminal is sourced from third-party providers including Frankfurter/ECB, CFTC, yfinance, Myfxbook, TradingView, Groq, and others. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate and timely data, but we do not guarantee:
- The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data shown.
- Uninterrupted availability of the Terminal or any data feed.
- That data from third-party sources is exempt from errors or delays.
Data may be delayed, estimated, or temporarily unavailable due to API limitations, network conditions, or third-party outages.
4. No Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Investing and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Terminal or reliance on any information displayed, including but not limited to trading losses.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Terminal embeds widgets and data from TradingView, Myfxbook, and other third-party services. Use of these embedded services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party services.
6. Advertising
The Terminal may display advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ad targeting is subject to your cookie consent preferences as set via the consent banner. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Intellectual Property
All original code, design, layout, and written content of the Terminal is the property of Global Investing. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercialize any part of this Terminal without prior written permission. Market data displayed is owned by its respective providers.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Terminal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes arising from use of the Terminal shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication at globalinvestingmarkets@gmail.com.
